So today my family and I went to try out
Steamboat Empire located in Gem In Mall, Cyberjaya. The reason for this was because mama suddenly crave for steamboat and we all frequent at this mall but never have tried this restaurant before so we decided to give it a go.
First of all, environment dia sangat best, macam exclusive je but the price was not too expensive. I went on a weekend and it's only around RM32.90 per head so okay lah kan? In terms of the food I will give a 7/10? We can choose the soup we want (be it Tomyam or chicken soup) and the best thing was they have individual bekas for everyone so macam no problem if u nak soup and your friend wants Tomyam. They also provide grilling service. However, unlike Seoul Garden or any other steamboat restaurants I have been to, the grilling was done by their kitchen. So
you choose your seafood and give it to their staff and they will marinate and grill the seafood or any other surimi you choose for you. The pros of this is they grill for you, the cons however is you have to wait for it to be served. (kalau ramai customer, mesti takes time). Okay, last but not least, I will rate the service. In my opinion it is a 9/10 because I believe there is always room for improvement. Overall it was a good experience, but I will still choose Seoul Garden over Steamboat Empire sebab at Seoul Garden the meats are marinated differently, but here they just marinate all that we give for grilling with the same sauce (maybe because they focus on steamboat, given the name). Tho prawns and lala tastes good with the sauce, others not so.
